Katy’s working life has always involved working with people and group development; starting with street kids in India, community groups in South Asia and East Africa, missional communities and youth work in West London, in learning and organisation development roles with leading international NGOs, and as an independent consultant providing group facilitation and leadership coaching support for international NGOs and commercial companies through her own consultancy. Katy is a certified INLPTA coach and is currently accrediting with the ICF. She has a Masters in Individual and Organization Development, a Masters in Social and Political Sciences, and is a Partner Consultant for People in Aid,.
Katy creates a safe space for leaders to access their resourcefulness and potential. She also challenges and encourages open and frank conversation, enabling leaders to align their purpose with core values and beliefs, and maximise their effectiveness. Her style is engaging and dynamic and she’s often invited to design and host large scale learning events and conferences as well as more bespoke processes for groups experiencing ‘tricky’ times.Katy is currently developing a strand of consulting/ coaching work around Women in Leadership. She is passionate about social justice, what God is doing in his world, and engaging with an expression of church that is dynamic and culturally relevant.
